Jamestown Garden Apartments offer the best short-term, furnished suites in Tallahassee!

Jamestown Garden Apartments is a small luxury apartment complex in historic downtown Tallahassee, the capital of Florida.  Our apartments are conveniently located within walking distance of the capitol building, legislative offices, and downtown businesses.  They are available for long-term rentals, corporate housing, or short-term stays.

Jamestown Garden Apartments generally contain two bedrooms with two bathrooms, with at least 1,000 square feet of living space.  The apartments are professionally furnished and include utilities, telephone, and cable television. Maid service is offered as well.  Units are also available unfurnished.

During the spring legislative season, January through April, our rates are $1,300-$1,500 per month, depending on apartment size. (Note: We have a three-month rental minimum during this time period).

During the rest of the year, our rates are $1,200-$1,400 per month, depending on apartment size, season and length of stay.
